MSB have a long standing reputation for delivery of high quality retail and office construction. MSB build to budget, function, and comfort specification for their client needs. Other recent office construction projects include the RB Murray Office and a very contemporary office building refurbishment at 338 Booneville, downtown Springfield.
Commercial Rebrand & Refresh
The Fremont retail park reface and rebrand project provides another example of MSB adaptability. This project involved a total frontage makeover for the dated retail park whilst retaining the integral retail operations with normal retail access and operational hours.
Residential
MSB residential experience ranges from single family homes to large residential condominiums. A very strong recent trend has also seen MSB refurbish and refit existing residential homes with total makeover updates. A major factor for this trend being the long term depressed residential market.
